About
CityChat is a three-part comedy podcast centred on anonymous stories of Brisbane’s messiest drama, blending humour, local culture, and storytelling to create engaging audio content. As the lead writer, I developed episode scripts that balanced narrative structure, comedic timing, audience engagement, and conversational language, helping the series achieve a High Distinction in my first university industry project.
Beyond writing, I took on a leadership role in refreshing Blatherskite’s central Instagram presence, developing a brand direction and content strategy that promoted podcast episodes across multiple initiatives. Through social media content creation and audience-focused messaging, I helped build a cohesive identity that connected the podcast’s camp, cheeky personality with its digital presence.
